I work as a graphic designer.
As such, it's very helpful to know the basics of drawing, like the casting of shadows and such, and that's always been my week point in my job.
I can handle text quite well and I'm capable of doing some very nice graphics...but I couldn't draw a stick figure to save my life.
That has to change.
After getting some advice from

I went and purchased a few Faber Castell pencils from a local art store (
[link]) and I'm gonna get the hang of it, no matter what.
Recently, I'm stuck on this animal vector thing. Ideas pop out in my head almost every minute and I could draw and vector all day long. Expect more soon.
Maybe I will draw some traditional poses or something to get a feeling for the casting of light and shadow, as I always got problems with those.
